Listener comments!

Steve L:

Hey Monica, we're listening in Jamestown. Lovely brunch music thus far!

Does this Gary McFarland track have Gabor Szabo on guitar? Sounds almost exactly like GS's version.

Most beautiful picture--great sounds; we are magnificent, abundant ever changing vessels, that we are.......a toast to vesselage and the filling, pouring, delivering, and shapeshifting that only we vessels could possibly know and deliver.....adios mi comrade...

And you're on the new schedule!
This is wonderful.

Mmmm, as always, loving your playlist babe. And am SO SO SO happy to see you back on the schedule, and on sunday's too! Yayz!!

hi. :)

Hi Steve, Turtle, Jack, Phil, and Mz. Hot Rod!!
Thanks for sayin' hey! Love havin you around. XO, M.

I wanna be sedated -- the muzak version!
Jeff M:

I was walking between rooms when the transition from Glen 'n' X-Ray to the next show happened, so I didn't hear the announcement of the next show; but as I kept listening, I started saying to myself, "I'm liking this music more than I usually like that Debbie's show. In fact... I think I recognize that particular flavor of good. Could it be... could Monica be filling in?"

And then in came then Nutley Brass and I knew! Welcome.
Listener George in Germany:

A delicate scent of music lingering, reminders of the past. With a promise for the future, blessed be the schedule.

hi jeff m and my dear listener george from germany (one of my earliest listeners!!), thanks for tuning in. am honored to be filling in for the fine miss debbie d. she's a top notch broad!

Jeff M:

Reading back, it occurs to me that it was in poor taste for me to be even a tiny bit disrespectful of the fine Debbie D show, even if it was in praise of your own. Chances are I'm just being slow, and as often happens, my tastes haven't yet caught up with something I'll come to treasure. Besides, my likes and dislike don't amount to a hill o' beans in this crazy town. Also, I was sleepy.

We all know that the show it's okay to hate is Kenny G's, because when you hate what he does, it just makes him smile. Or is that leer?
