Das bekannteste Stück von Eroc, der Instrumentaltitel Wolkenreise , entstand 1978 als Hintergrundmusik zu einem Schauspiel der Band, das seinerzeit die Konzerte eröffnete. The most famous piece of Eroc, the instrumental title clouds travel, created in 1978 as background music to a drama of the band that has opened the concerts. Nachdem es dann 1979 auf dem Album Eroc 3 erschienen war, entwickelte sich die eingängige, gelöste Melodie mit Akkordeon zum Radiohit (32 Wochen in den Airplay-Charts). Since then in 1979 the album was released Eroc 3, developed the catchy, melody with accordion resolved at radio (32 weeks in the airplay charts). Wolkenreise wurde als Single veröffentlicht und erreichte Platz 32 der deutschen Charts. Clouds travel was released as a single and reached the place 32 of the German charts. Es war der einzige Singleerfolg von Eroc oder Grobschnitt. It was the only single Eroc and the success of Grobschnitt.

Carmichael:

Good morning, BW and friendly others. Billy & Dusty's show last Friday was the funniest thing on radio in a loooooong time!

And this whole Faust fest on this station is wonderful too. Now, if you'd only treat Hawkwind with the same reverence ...
  10:50am
Ike:

Carmichael, agreed on Friday -- Billy Jam and Clay Pigeon were great together, but possibly even more hilarious was Bryce vs. Irwin earlier the same day. And Hawkwind gets lots of airplay here. I think Stan plays them often but he doesn't do a playlist usually.
  10:52am
BSI:

A Hawkwind a day is better 'n vitamins.
  10:53am

Scott plays lotsa Hawkwind.

I loved that Irwin kept trying to taunt Bryce, and Bryce kept agreeing with him. LOL!

Steveroo, at the end of the marathon, all your pledges will be added up, and you will get an invoice for the total amount. That final amount, and not the amount of any individual pledge, will determine your swag level, installment-plan privileges and so forth. You could, for example, do 25 $15 pledges and get everything that comes with a single $375 pledge.

Sadly, the really good Burmese restaurant in Jackson Heights closed. Burmese food is GREAT. There are some good ones in the D.C. area.

Hi y'all, was just browsing the comments from earlier.

Stingy D, FYI - the PATH only accepts LIMITED Metrocards.

Annie, if you take the Metro North to GCT you should get the 4 or 5 subway down to Fulton st., get out and walk the 2 blocks west to the WTC Path. Way easier than walking from GCT to Penn Station & then taking 2 Path trains.
