Cold Sesame Noodles:

Query for my fellow listeners: Is there a more exquisite, rapturous and satisfying radio hand-off than Sunday evening's Gaylord/Monica dichotomy?

Please discuss...

No way. It's like band names. They've started to run out of unique single word names, yes, but they can go with longer phrases, like, Life Pill for Cutie! or Cradle of Steroids.

rick:

Monica, you just play one great and unique track after another that sends me scurrying to Amazon to find who these performers are. That Black Angels track is some truly kick ass rock n' roll and I've lived all my life not knowing who they are. Fortunately, I know who Bob Dylan is and, while he's not so much on my radar now, this is a kick ass Texas style accordion track. A few weeks back you played Status Quo "Pictures of Matchstick Men" and I became obsessed with that guitar riff for a week, passing the YouTube video off to my friends. You're the best, Monica.
  8:26pm
