Gjorgji:

You are very inspired today .. reminded me of a quote from High Fidelity.. > Tuesday night I reorganize my record collection; I often do this at periods of emotional stress. There are some people who would find this a pretty dull way to spend an evening, but I’m not one of them. This is my life, and it’s nice to be able to wade in it, immerse your arms in it, touch it.
  9:02am
HotRod:

And that's what you call a comment, Ladies and Gentlemen. Thank you, Gjorgji.

Buh-bye friends...

steveroo:

another saturday morning and i'm cleaning my place to your destination else where tracks on the flow.
as always you get me moving fast for a clean up or when i have my stereo maxed at 50 in my car driving down vancouver islands "highways."

so, hotrod'er i love the tunes BUT its the transitions that can drop me having me to get my pace back up. some songs you blend like a night club dj that flow to another so i'm just is after your info of tracks played slowly turn up the volume to the new song and no gaps in between songs.

oh tid(m)bit of praise your voice is sounding better as if you slept well i guess its from the choosing songs at random with the flow to wake yourself up. so a lively voice once in awhile would make me feel as if i'm drinking coffee with you because i can hear you're in a pace too.

happy july 4th! REDWHITE&BLUE
  6:55pm
HotRod:

Happy 4th, Steveroo!

I understand the transitions don't always seem natural but that's a risk I'm willing to take. I definitely don't consider myself a club DJ. I really enjoy experimenting with freeform radio because I find it to be a very liberating experience. Some sets work on their own, some stand out like a sore thumb and others blend in smoothly. However, I like to think that my shows have a beginning, middle and end. Variety and universal appeal is my biggest challenge, but ultimately I'm just hoping to showcase some great tunes.

Thanks for stopping by.
