  3:30pm
GP:

Parq, you are reading my mind. I was going to ask Liz if she had heard from him.
  3:31pm
Sean Gostage:

Thanks Mike, woo hoo back to you my friend
  3:32pm
doug in DC:

Sean Daily was actually a bot that Kenny G developed to test the KenzoDB comments module. It was programmed to make a comment whenever the active playlist changed.
  3:35pm
Parq:

I thought Ponyo, his first movie about a tot since Tortoro, was lovely, and really dug the softer, more impressionistic backgrounds he used this time. Thanks, Doug, I always thought that was "Cheri".
  3:47pm
Irene:

Movie-wise I also recommend "In the Loop" for fans of political satire. Moves very quick, but it's a brilliant comedy on governmental self-importance.
  3:52pm
GP:

Wait, what? Sean was/is a robot? Nahhh, he would carry on a conversation...unless he was a really smart machine. If that is the case, I welcome my robot overlords. "Klaatu barada nikto"

Paul the Postman has been absent as well and Gumby and a host of others. We need to start a "where is" page.
  3:54pm
Chris:

Yeah, and Seanbot wasn't always first, though I suppose you could program "Woo-hoo, second!"
  3:57pm
Sean Gostage:

Is'nt Sean form my side of the pond, Manchester I think
  3:58pm
Bad Ronald:

I think Sean's from Vegas but Postman Paul's from Brighton...
  4:00pm
GP:

What are you up to Bad Ron? How is your band doing?
  4:04pm
GP:

This Adana track is nice Irene.
  4:06pm
Steve:

Hi Irene (and all listeners),

Great music; Pat Methaney would be proud.
  4:07pm
doug in DC:

OK, I made the whole thing up. I was going to admit to it, but I got curious to see how many people would believe it. Sorry if that qualifies as a troll. But on the subject of music, those Patrick Watson tracks really stood out, I'll be looking for his releases.

north guinea hills:

always was curious about rudresh mahanthappa...
  4:09pm
Steve:

Alto saxophonist Rudresh Mahanthappa came to New York City in 1997 and immediately began to integrate himself into the jazz scene. Work as a sideman was steady, but his true passion was to become a bandleader, something he attempted on his debut album Yatra. Although the album was received well, the limited distribution kept Mahanthappa's name from getting out and he stayed in the area to continue performing. More side work and a teaching gig kept him busy, but in 2002, he came back to the studio and laid down Black Water for Red Giant Records. - All Music Guide
