Dead Corporate Eyes:

Oh shit yeah! you DID get Alisdair after all! You da man.
  3:03pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

Please have him play before 5 'cuz that's when I punch out, though, if you can!
  3:04pm
timotato:

Welcome Irwin. If you're doing a Holloween theme show I wish to request "Horror Movie" by the Skyhooks if you can find it.
  3:05pm
Ike:

Irwin, I thought of you earlier on an S train to Grand Central with two incorrect musicians: a Christian guitarist beggar and a wheelchair-bound incoherent a cappella gospel-ish-singing Phillies fan with an amplifier.
  3:05pm
GP:

Hello Irwin and everyone...I was just listening to Nardwuars interview with Crispin Glover....so I missed Maria's show which looked really good based on the playlist.
  3:08pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

Maria's show is always good, but it's up against two really good local college shows in CLE that I switch between.
  3:09pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

Luckily for Irwin, the two college stations just play reggae during this slot....so he's stuck with me.
  3:12pm
Cecile:

@timotato:
awesome choice. It's just "skyhooks".
They were my first rock concert!!!!!
  3:12pm
Cecile:

I miss Burger Chef. They had the best condiment bar. All the mustard and pickles my burger could hold.
  3:13pm
GP:

I hear you DCE, our local plays a ratio of about 50:1 free-form "jazz" to everything else, so I really can't listen to them for very long.

I can' miss Irwin though...you never know when Amanda is going to pop in.

Speaking of DJ"s, check this ( although it may be more interesting to the Old Codger than everyone else):
http://tiny.cc/78spins
  3:14pm
GP:

I meant "can't miss" not, "can"...amazing a difference a T makes!
  3:16pm
Laura L:

DCE--Nothin' against Maria, but the two college stations you mention... available on the web that is so famously worldwide? Also, I concur--Irwin da man--today's Alasdair Day!
  3:16pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

yeah, GP, you BETTER set yourself straight with Irwin! Thanks for the link.
  3:16pm
Mr. T:

You got that right, sucka!
  3:18pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

Laura L--www.wcsb.org Most mornings to mid-afternoon it's a great station, then the reggae comes in in the afternoons.

www.wruw.org Better website with archiving as well, radio station almost as good as wcsb

enjoy!
  3:21pm
Me wow:

  3:23pm

GP:

I'm off to a meeting...Love this Koichi song Irwin.
  3:36pm
Carmichael:

Whoa. I tune looking in for Irwin and hear Francis Albert. You've bent the eclectic/avant garde plane backwards on itself, so what's an old standard is now edgy.
I'm making no sense.
  3:36pm
Ike:

If we're sharing other fave web radio stations: wnur.org, woxy.com, kfjc.org. Been meaning to check out freeteam.nl/patapoe/ also.
  3:38pm
Parq:

Was intrigued by the "Legendary Japanese Jazz Scene" and looked it up. Found this page, with a rather amazing quote -- about halfway down the page, after the author's name:
