I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

matheus:

  12:26pm
dc pat:

Summertime Blues = Eddie Cochran
  12:26pm
perrin:

  12:27pm
dc pat:

32 MP3 = best. stream. ever.
  12:27pm
Cecile:

tin huey.
  12:30pm
annie:

i think it's got something to do with the latest winamp upgrade.. ever since i got it, my stream has shut down, slowed down and basically annoyed the radio enjoyment.. it's all good.. i'm just ready to toss the whole thing down the drain.. i'll feel better tomorrow. really i will :)
  12:31pm
perrin:

an 8bit stream would be cool too. future retro.
  12:32pm
perrin:

get a linux netbook for $199 - plays music better than windows !
  12:32pm
annie:

  12:35pm
Cecile:

  12:37pm
Parq:

Annie, try the flash player. It works even on my strangely Orwelian work puter.
  12:38pm
Dave in Montreal:

J'ai mal aux dents! J'ai mal aux pieds aussi!
  12:39pm
Cecile:

The flash player is great.
  12:40pm
dave rankin:

Mais mon amis ce n'est pas la cause de la musique
  12:41pm
perrin:

since when did we allow anyone to speak french?
  12:41pm
annie:

well, i love you all and really enjoy the tunes, but right now i'm happy to have one less hassle... (but for future reference, which link goes to the flash player? and how can i de-grade this stupid winamp to the media player it used to be?)
  12:41pm
Parq:

A few days ago, I listened to a Terre T archive with the flash player. I've *never* been able to listen to archives at work before.
  12:42pm
bryce:

un éther pour mon ami!
  12:43pm
dc pat:

annie: you have to go to the home page for the flash link because the dj's DON'T UPDATE THEIR LINKS. :)
  12:43pm
Cecile:

annie

click on the front page, that's the only place it appears. It says flash player beta.
  12:43pm
perrin:

annie try this - http://wfmu.org/flash/live/livetest.html
  12:44pm
dave rankin:

no one said anythin about bad quality french from me ..not to mention the dubiousness of forbidding french... what next ..nothing except geeky hi-fi comments
  12:44pm
Carmichael:

Good morning. Suffering from migraines this morning as I type. Only Bryce's music can help me.
  12:45pm
Duke of Essex:

Annie, Flash player link is on the front page, upper-left-hand corner. Love it. Also good, with Winamp, for slow connections, is the AAC+ stream. Sounds much much better than 32k MP3 stream. Look near the top of most playlists.
  12:45pm
perrin:

o.k. how about no posts from french-canadians.
  12:48pm
perrin:

don't get me wrong. I have a lot of very good french candian friends.
I just don't let them near sharp knives or livestock.
  12:48pm
annie:

i knew there was a reason why i hung around here. and i think here at this house there may very well be a slow connection.
  12:48pm
dave rankin:

from a scot in germany...that sounds like a good ol fashined case of siege mentality like us against the english
  12:48pm
bryce:

  12:49pm
Carmichael:

Bryce, since it's Tom Lehrer's Bday, can you play him singing the periodic table of the elements?
  12:49pm
perrin:

  12:51pm
dave rankin:

  12:52pm
perrin:

I love french. My entire collection of pink bunnies that I sleep with every night
has a different french name, and we speak french at a cafe on the siene, drinking
absinthe, and cutting off our years.
  12:55pm
dave rankin:

  1:27pm
wally:

Post punk and Krautrock go so well together - only you, Dan Bodah and Fabio seem to have figured this out
  1:30pm
BSI:

  2:32pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

I saw Marble Sheep last year...they turned into like a late-70s party-rock band or something.
  2:36pm
Cecile:

Like the way No Doctors turned into Molly Hatchet?
  2:37pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

it's, like, artistic growth, like evolution, man.
  2:38pm
Cecile:

Yes, and it's better drugs and getting tired with no song structure and no gigs
