I was just finish listening to Johnny Cash Live in Austin when I recognized that live Bowie track. I really enjoyed that reissue. Keep up the good work!

When I lived in Malta, TV was only broadcast from 6 p.m. to midnight. The rest of the time, they just showed a test pattern and played a very small selection of songs. "I've Never Been to Me" was played very, very frequently (I think it vied with "I Am, I Said," for #1).
