Listener comments!

  11:13am mck:

  11:16am mck:

part of this song is like the boss channeling doug sahm.
  11:28am Bob:

If you could interview Cale, he might have 2 or 3 interesting stories to tell.
  11:37am Mike East:

just got a Jon Spencer Blues Explosion CD from Jon Spencer himself!
  11:38am ANS:

So what!
  11:38am Mike East:

btw - this show is #1!
  11:39am Mike East:

so...I like getting music I've never heard before for free...its no risk!
  11:40am LeeLoo:

Mike - lets us know how bad it is!
  11:44am Mike East:

hahaha....okay. I guess my expectations have been lowered
  11:55am Mike R:

Thought I'd mention that Alfred "Gentleman June" Gardner died yesterday. Fantastic New Orleans drummer who played on "working in a coal mine", "get out of my life woman" and many other great sides.
  12:01pm Paul Rutner:

Hi Gary
  12:02pm Paul Rutner:

i played on that!
  12:33pm paul:

Just tuned in. Does GH have a cold. He doesn't sound good.
  12:51pm @sean808080:

great interview and what a nice trip down memory lane re. Blondie and those days in NYC....
  12:54pm Parq:

  1:00pm marq:

todophonic todd pow pow pow!
  11:46am Bob:

At the Hall of Fame induction Debbie had extra reason to be pissed at Infante and Harrison because they had sued to prevent Blondie from touring as Blondie without them. A woman in our building (which would have made her a neighbor of yours at the time) worked for the law firm that represented Stein and Harry. You can see the induction speech tension at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_bY7t06haY, but we must give Debbie some credit for thanking Tish and Snooky before anyone else.
  12:49pm Michael:

Bob - but weren't Infante & Harrison correct - morally at least?
  9:50pm aaron:

how do you do it? We thank you Mike!
  2:16pm Mikey Steg:

This guy Gary seems real pompus. Richard Goderer is a super pop genius. This dude is a LAME pretentious JERK.
