Listener comments!

  3:08am jj.:

  3:09am Adam:

Shalom, haverim!
  3:14am jj.:

and a happy hanukkah to you, adam.
  3:23am greysoul:

Is there ever a time of the year when surfish music isn't appropriate in some form, Mr. DJ?
  3:26am coalhard:

funny video @ miss cellania website--called hanukkaah in santa monica--by tom lehrer--old video--love you guys !!
  3:28am oy:

greysoul! you beat me to it, this 'eve: damn! ... hellah' fellas! JJ, Yiddish 'hallo's. Hi, Adam!
  3:37am Adam:

Believe it: I am the gratest fighter of all time!
  3:38am Adam:

And not the greatest speller or proofreader.
  3:45am Adam:

Believe as well, if you like: it seems that in Chicago we drink damned near anything--and often in great quantity. Hi, gang!
  3:57am vey:

ok, here's a mindbender for the new 'real': http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4U6T_BB1N8 perhaps this could be cue for ken's 2nd, as yet unannounced phase of marathon madness, gosh 'dern bless his crazy endeavor :-)
  4:35am Adam:

...I believe they pronounce the "u" in "Papua." Remarkable, eclectic programming. Love you all, especially Jesse! Nice hearing you, too, Dom!
  4:39am greysoul:

Having two folks live in the wheelhouse is neat, because my mental image of the 'FMU studio ranges from '50s-era high-school gym to, like, concrete payphone.
  4:57am cable:

greysoul: yes! they sure create various studio visages on the air: from big, open to small, secular. i totally imagine it as a (somewhat compromised) gym, but would be thrilled if in fact it was the latter-- a treehouse version, perhaps-- with double decker rotary attendees, hee, hee!
  5:14am cache:

if you've ever seen this guy's installations, they're pretty great, competely microscopic layouts, with petree dishes, colored pigments & little rocks that become animated with the frequencies of sound. the totally delicate sound percollates nicely over it all
  5:28am greysoul:

R.I.P. Jack Rose
  5:32am shu mei:

yeah: i just listened to this album this evening, peaceful rest
  5:35am shlep:

he's one of the artists that had this ability, for me when he played, to convey this gentle, very particular--perhaps personal--narrative in your mind, both external to & illustrative of, the song. if that registers
  5:43am waterchesnut:

oh, weird. didn't realize it was a death anniversary.. spooky :-( ee
  5:49am chutzpah:

nice groove, you guysz
  5:54am graeme:

Enjoyed the show here in frozen London.
  5:54am skeleton keys:

this vocal thing is insanely ridiculous! i don't get it!
  5:56am decorating:

ahh, is it really going to snow? this song makes me more sentimental than like any other
  5:58am skeleton trees:

regardless,, good night & good tidin's fellahs.
  6:09am Stieglitz:

It is here Tuesday 12.07am and it is truly great to be enjoying your show from Takaka, New Zealand; whereas usually I listen to THE radio from London.
  4:52pm shimmy shaman:
