Listener comments!

  12:06pm Robert:

What's your opening theme music named? I know it was used as the opening theme for Rocky & Bullwinkle, but does it have a name?
  12:06pm Cecile:

Ah! I like these guys. Good morning, Diane!
  12:09pm Cecile:

Could you play a blast from 1981, the year I both turned 20 and got married? Something from Crimson's Discipline (Bday is next week, but I won't be around to listen...)
  12:09pm bill:

xylophones? now I've heard everything
  12:10pm Richard from Venezuela:

Hello DJ Diane and all the listeners.
  12:10pm Cecile:

I got my #$%^ AARP card in the mail already, though.
  1:01pm Cecile:

  1:02pm kamikaze:

You're most welcome- happy birthday & THANKS for the support! :)
  1:02pm Cecile:

It is entirely my pleasure!
  1:05pm KevinfromBayRidge:

Happy imminent Big 50 Cecile... Just remember AARP cards are like the mythical serpents... Tear em up & you get a bunch more!
  1:06pm Cecile:

I know! My husband has been doing that for a good year now.
  1:06pm josh:

Never really listened to later Crimson, but this song RIPS.
  1:07pm Cecile:

The whole album is great, and one of the few that sounds better on CD than album. it matches the precise brittleness of the music.
  1:14pm Joe:

big Voivod fan and I happen to love Outer Limits my second favorite album behind Nothing Face.
  1:15pm sweir:

This is rocking! Thank you Diane!
  1:19pm bill:

That Cathedral is a riot.
  1:33pm Cheri Pi:

Oh Noes! I missed the Voivod song- will have to check the archives later.
  1:46pm Joe:

Looks like the Rocky and Bullwinkle song is just listed as the Rocky and Bullwinkle show theme (in some places the Rocky show theme since this the original name of the show) as written by Fred Steiner
  1:46pm bill:

Lee Dorrian must be getting his AARP card these days too
  1:53pm kamikaze:

I think the name of the Rocky and Bullwinkle theme is "birdsongs of the mesozoic"
  1:59pm Cecile:

Really? That's cool!
  2:01pm kamikaze:

I'm pretty sure. I have the theme on a minidisc so it's been forever since I looked at it, but that's what I have been telling people for years...lol, maybe I'm wrong! Ha!
  2:01pm Cecile:

Well, off for a bit for foods.
  2:03pm Cecile:

just after this Thin Lizzy.
  2:04pm kamikaze:

  2:06pm Ponsonby Britt:

  2:08pm Cecile:

If Clay would have played this during the DJ battle, he would have had my vote. Like I told him to!
  2:09pm Steven Gugel:

B.O.C. - Thank you Diane. Perfect remedy for a brain abscess.
  2:09pm Cecile:

now play something crappy, kamikaze. I need to eat!
  2:11pm Cecile:

it's not crappy, but I can miss this. Later!
  2:11pm Cheri Pi:

Kamikaze is killing it!
  2:20pm andymorphic:
