Listener comments!

  9:05pm
Ike:

YES! I was wowed by this track recently on KUSF In Exile but then I forgot what the DJ back-announced about it. So glad somebody with an online playlist is spinning it!
  9:06pm
D. Blumin:

Always here to puhleez, Ike! Hullo!
  9:10pm
Richard from Venezuela:

Good evening Daniel. Glad that you will be in the summer schedule.
  9:16pm
12539:

Good to have you back, Mr Blumin.
  9:16pm
Clarification:

Rob slipped, see his comments during the 7PM hour...
  9:23pm
D. Blumin:

Hi 12539 and Richard - Excited to be here fer the summer! St. Tropez will have to wait!
  9:28pm
St. Tropez Eurotrash and Celebrities:

Daniel is way too cool for us, anyhow!
  9:28pm
D. Blumin:

Clarification, Rob's already been taken outside and repeatedly noogied by the very serious security team. But he made it through and shall, in fact, be back next week.
  9:30pm
D. Blumin:

STE & C, that my fren is the likker talkin! But more importantly, which celebrities we talkin'?
  9:31pm
St. Tropez Celebutards:

Darn, we were hoping for blood, at least. Now we'll just have to abuse the help more, instead.
  9:33pm
G:

My rental car died on a French holiday weekend when I was in southern France in 1991, and I had to spend 36 hours in St. Tropez till someone got the car fixed. Talk about a *lost weekend*. UGH.
  9:35pm
jack m.:

i always thought bryan ferry was a little slow.
  9:36pm
Mr Pink:

"I'm drinking champagne like a big tycoon..."
  9:36pm
Discography:

He was fast enough to get to the airport, and take Tiger Mountain by strategy.
  9:39pm
D. Blumin:

G, but did you meet a Duke or Duchess at the very least?
  9:40pm
D. Blumin:

Jack, slow or regular, he is a jealous guy.
  9:43pm
jack m.:

considering ferry's girlfriends over the years, i think i was the jealous guy.
  9:44pm
G:

I met a world war two vet from the US who had married a French girl and stayed there. They chitchatted about Brigitte Bardot and her animal causes, pointed to her place further along the hillside, and showed us their small winery. I really wanted to be seeing more Roman and medieval stuff, but it was definitely interesting. Like life, travel experiences happen, they're not just planned.
  9:49pm
D. Blumin:

Good point, Jack, and now you can be jealous not only of Ferry but also of G! You're welcome!
  9:54pm
J J:

Love the song selections tonight. People are taking naps in my apartment at the moment and it doesn't appear any of them mind that the volume is cranked.
  9:58pm
D. Blumin:

Thanks fer checking in, but this might do the trick, JJ!
  10:05pm
Sparkle Girl:

This has been the best 65 minutes of radio I have heard in a decade. Listening in Seattle.
  10:14pm
DJ Keili:

I love Daniel Blumin.
Especially when he bosses me around with reverb.
Are we getting Nachos?
  10:16pm
Richard from Venezuela:

Hi Keili. Glad you are here.
  10:19pm
D. Blumin:

Sparkle Girl! Thanks so much! I'm now blushing which you should be able to see all the way to Seattle!
  10:20pm
Richard from Venezuela:

Das Entweihte Nonnenkloster = ¿The convent desecrated?. Weird title, hahahahaha.
  10:22pm
D. Blumin:

Keili, Hullo! I'll see how much reverb I have left after the show! And judging by these titles I just might!
  10:25pm
jim:

Dude!

I totally dig what you're playing!

Do you have any Modest Mouse?
  10:26pm
