wow that spooky ruben does sound like Andy Partridge. and the track sounds like xtc in general especially his voice and the guitar solo. does anyone know if they are actually just another xtc project a la dukes of stratosphere

Everybody must be on vacation--not a the normal Bob Brainen plethora of postings. So I guess I'll post something here (especially since 8/6 is my birthday. I've always liked Procol Harum's debut album. I didn't realize that David and Jonathan did a version of 'Softly Whispering I Love You' . They probably did it long before the English Congregation.
