	10:58pm blackgreen13: hey Matt, just quit 3 weeks ago... I tried tapering several times but only cold turkey really worked for me. I had quit once before, same story. Just expect to be effectively psycho for a few days. Block out time. What kind of worked for me was the whole "the farther I get away from that last cigarette (temporally) the more I have invested in this whole quitting thing." That worked. Haven't even thought about it in the past couple days, and you saying that was a jolt. A pack or more of filterless daily to nothing. I feel great. Kind of aggressive, though. Lots and lots of energy. Good luck, I'm rooting for you.

In fact, a cigarette, which you need so bad right now, will be ambrosia, an experience beyond compare. Fact: It's like a baby dragon crapped in your mouth. The relief you feel is so intense it's sickening, and makes you feel this kind of weird psychic sickness that's a little like being raped.

Brothers Adam (London Improvisers Orchestra, Secluded Bronte) and Jonathan Bohman (Secluded Bronte, Apricot My Lady) have been making a racket together since their early teens in the mid 70's. They use homemade instruments, household objects, borrowed texts and whatever else happens to be at hand to create their spontaneous sound slice-em-ups and have worked with Christian Marclay, Lol Coxhill, Felix Kubin, Jim O’Rourke, and Charles Hayward, among others. Tune in for an improvised live set and a selection of the Bohmans' favorite records!

	10:58pm blackgreen13: hey Matt, just quit 3 weeks ago... I tried tapering several times but only cold turkey really worked for me. I had quit once before, same story. Just expect to be effectively psycho for a few days. Block out time. What kind of worked for me was the whole "the farther I get away from that last cigarette (temporally) the more I have invested in this whole quitting thing." That worked. Haven't even thought about it in the past couple days, and you saying that was a jolt. A pack or more of filterless daily to nothing. I feel great. Kind of aggressive, though. Lots and lots of energy. Good luck, I'm rooting for you.

Fact: 5 minutes later, you might totally forget that you ever felt that way. 2. A cigarette will make you feel wonderful. In fact, a cigarette, which you need so bad right now, will be ambrosia, an experience beyond compare. Fact: It's like a baby dragon crapped in your mouth. The relief you feel is so intense it's sickening, and makes you feel this kind of weird psychic sickness that's a little like being raped.
