I think it's Arabic. The numerical glyphs used across the languages are the same. And when you look at some of them, you can see the connection to the glyphs used in the west.

I only know the names of them in Farsi.

1 = yek, 2 = doh,3 = seh, 4 = chahor, 5 = panj...
