Funny coincidence. That story about wedding cookies in Pittsburgh was published in the New York Times THE SAME DAY Jessie and I decided to move to the Steel City! We took it as some kind of sign. No wedding invites yet, however. The next "sign" we received occurred a few days later during a visit to Pittsburgh (arranged by Jessie's future employer). We went to the local food coop to check out the scene and the first person we see coming out of the place was wearing a WFMU t-shirt. I almost started crying. | |
