@Chuck: yeah, well "fit male nudity". I mean, the gratuitous nudity is kinda boring. It was the same with "Rome", but at least there, both sexes tended to get nekkid on a regular basis. With "Game of Thrones", it's just naked women all over the place. I don't think a little more naked Khal Drogo or Ned Stark last season would've hurt.

I kinda feel more comfortable about the changes, knowing Martin is involved with the series. I almost think he might use the show to explore alternative story lines he thought about doing in the books. Maybe he thought about having the dead Dothraki rider or having Silver get killed when writing the books, but went another way? As long as the main story line stays the same, and the spirit of the original remains, I'm going along with it for now.
