Listener comments!

  8:08pm Tom Gervat:

Opening bars of "Old-Fashioned Love" sound like "Back In The Saddle Again",which followed eighteen years later. Both good songs.
  8:23pm G:

Ooops :-) Right as the lyrics start, too
  8:37pm Ukulele Jim:

Great stuff, again!! Thanks.
  12:50am Andrew Gilmore:

According to the Encyclopedic Discography of Victor Records, the Cohan record is from 1911. So substitute "1" for "?"
  6:50pm tracy:

A few months ago, you went to a collector's house and broadcast a show from his house. The man mentioned a song called "Shaving and Driving" (or "Shave and Drive"); do you know the name of the artist? i have tried to find the song on several websites, but can only find warnings about the dangers of shaving and driving. Also, the ringtone that is on your home page (with the picture of the lady using the telephone), can i put that on my cell phone as a ringtone, and if so, how much does it cost?
Please reply either way to both questions Thank you.
  12:58pm Hah:

Tracy, you misheard. The tune is Shave 'em Dry. Lucille Bogan. Make sure you listen to the exta dirty version.
