	6:58am pierre: @ausmanx : when the album came out, in 1998, it was a massive sucess. Manu Chao, is still considered a famous french / spanish singer, being part of the Mano Negra before going solo. So i guess a lot of places, bars, restaurant, would play his music quite often. I must confess that having heard him quite a lot in my teenage year, i grew a bit tired of him, but i still enjoy a lot of things his done, specially with the Mano Negra :) @ ALL : not so long ago, before we change president, our (now thakfully past) interior minister passed a law that woud "select" student from other countries to come study in France. It was such a shame that a few days later after it got cancelled, dark times France has been through with Nicolas Sarkozy i tell you.

	6:58am pierre: @ausmanx : when the album came out, in 1998, it was a massive sucess. Manu Chao, is still considered a famous french / spanish singer, being part of the Mano Negra before going solo. So i guess a lot of places, bars, restaurant, would play his music quite often. I must confess that having heard him quite a lot in my teenage year, i grew a bit tired of him, but i still enjoy a lot of things his done, specially with the Mano Negra :) @ ALL : not so long ago, before we change president, our (now thakfully past) interior minister passed a law that woud "select" student from other countries to come study in France. It was such a shame that a few days later after it got cancelled, dark times France has been through with Nicolas Sarkozy i tell you.
