	8:21pm Deacon Dave: A friend was in front of me coming out of church one day, and the preacher was standing at the door as he always is to shake hands. He grabbed my friend by the hand and pulled him aside. The Pastor said to him, "You need to join the Army of the Lord!" My friend replied, "I'm already in the Army of the Lord, Pastor." Pastor questioned, "How come I don't see you except at Christmas and Easter?" He whispered back, "I'm in the secret service.
	♥ 8:25pm sinner: Yeah! Secret Service! Hah! That's us!
	8:26pm Deacon Dave: One afternoon a little boy was playing outdoors. He used his mother's broom as a horse and had a wonderful time until it was getting dark. He left the broom on the back porch. His mother was cleaning up the kitchen when she realized that her broom was missing. She asked the little boy about the broom and he told her where it was. She then asked him to please go get it. The little boy informed his mom that he was afraid of the dark and didn't want to go out to get the broom. His mother smiled and said 'The Lord is out there too, don't be afraid'. The little boy opened the back door a little and said 'Lord if you're out there, hand me the broom'.
	8:30pm Deacon Dave: Smith climbs to the top of Mount Sinai to talk to God. Looking up, he asks the Lord. "God, what does a million years mean to you?" The Lord replies, "A minute." Smith asks, "And what does a million dollars mean to you?" The Lord replies, "A penny." Smith asks, "Can I have a penny?" The Lord replies, "In a minute."
	8:33pm Deacon Dave: I better settle down; them ladies in the front pew are giving me an evil look!
	8:39pm Deacon Dave: Kind of quiet on the comments . . . everyone must be intently listening.
	8:39pm Brother Ray: Indeed, Sister Speers and Sister Babers will call you out if need be. I see Sister Leighton is waving a hankie for The LORD tonight
	8:40pm Deacon Dave: When I am gone . . . people will celebrate!
