@Woo: There are two common methods for alphabetizing numbers. One is to put them in numerical order 0-9, either at the start or end of the actual alpha listing. The other is catalgoue them as if the number is spelled out (one). I'm sure the station long ago decided on a system and stuck with it, or no one would ever find anything! Which probably happens some anyhow :)

@kat: i haven't had a landline at all since 2009, and haven't had one i used since 2004 (you had to have a landline to get DSL for awhile, as Verizon tried to preserve a dying part of their business).

on smartphones, the screens are too small for me to do online work on anyway. it's way too slow when you have to be messing with the display constantly
