	3:41pm northguineahills: My favorite (ghost pepper sauce) one I have is Bigfat's 808. It's smoky and has almost a steak sauce tinge to it. Once you work up your tolerance, it's really tasty.

	3:58pm northguineahills: The naga jolokia has a really great flavor for a chili, unfortunately it's so damn hot, it takes awhile to build up a tolerance to enjoy it. I use on a handful of drops at a time. And, it's not for all of my hot sauce needs.
