Howdy Scott and the Williamanics! I don't know any of you personally (except kirk from beer city) but it's good to be amongst like-minded musical friends.

The local rekkid store where I help at occasionally is starting a email newsletter. I listed the Cosmic Psychos re-issue and new Dirtbombs for my picks earlier today. I was then told by other staffers that I shouldn't pick out such esoteric records that are difficult to find. Ugh! Yep, I really dug deep on those picks.
Avatar 3:46pm
YETI BOB:

@Matt: yeah, you can find the video pretty easily. Check out the sideburns on Frith! Wyatt's in a wheelchair, which was reportedly controversial at the time - the producers were afraid it would upset people.

I recently saw on yootoob that Neneh Cherry and the Thing cover Stephanie McDee's "Call The Police" (which Oblivians also recently covered). If you haven't heard it, it's worth seeking out - both the Neneh Cherry and Stephanie McDee versions.
