...Re the Ceres project - would could be better! We all have the same atmosphere, the same water, & basically the same food sources. Those 2 books sound good Trouble and Adrian. I'm finishing up "No Man's Land" by Duong Thu Huong. It's a metaphorical tale about the dysfunction of the Vietnamese government through a relationship story. The author's books are banned in Vietnam and she's not allowed to travel abroad.

Yup. And when my dad was in a shop voting on a union with my gramps in the 50s, they had to deal with thugs with bats and chains.

He's conservative/libertarian, but never ever on the subject of unions. He tried to unionize the profs at the school he taught at, but they blew him off. He had the last laugh.

I took Mary Margaret O'hara to see him play about 5 hears ago here in Toronto and there were fewer than 20 people in the audience. He was unaware of her music.
