Hola and good morning, Ken and people! Can't wait for the show to start. But hey, at least the giffery has already started!
If everyone posting here giffisizes their avatars (i.e. animates their tiny gifs) we could have a nice animated mini-gallery in the comment section. Just look at Ken's and my own avatar (it's an animated black square in case you wonder) to get an idea of what I'm talking about.
IMDb says the Michael Nyman piece dates to the 1980 Peter Greenaway film The Falls. Wikipedia says Nyman re-recorded it the next year as "Hands 2 Take" with the Flying Lizards.

"Tape manipulations, digital deconstructions or turntable creations: I do a mix of all three."

The Buddy Scott Trio apparently has no band member named Buddy Scott. A recent incarnation of the band includes Ed Potokar, who designs some truly wonderful, weird instruments: jimmyrigg.com I saw the instruments player over the summer at a great gallery in The Catskills, with Chris Butler as a performer: www.orphicgallery.com
Hearing this Stairway at St Pauls has got me thinking to back in the day when I enjoyed
the Zep. It was the moment in rock history, just before the dawn of Heavy Metal. After that
this listener found rock hard to take.
Oh here's to my sweet Satan.
The one whose little path would make me sad, whose power is Satan.
He'll give those with him 666.
There was a little tool shed where he made us suffer, sad Satan.[43] (Wikipedia)
Oh boy, the Industrial Musical special. Very curious since I am currently working at American-Satandard in Piscataway (well, home today with sick child, but the good news is I get to listen to Ken & fmu!)

And see the Record Fair schedule for Saturday the 23rd--Sport and Steve will be giving a special industrial musical presentation!
I saw them live in 1998 in a small club in Gainesville. Jello Biafra was in town to some lectures and spoken word, and randomly jumped in w/ them to do some random punk improv. It was tre nice!
Rev Rabbit, I luvs ya,. but sometimes it feels like every third comment is from you.

Michael:
Anybody know of good Windows viewer for animated gifs, something that might display (e.g.) all the gifs under a given drectory whose filenames begin with 'h' (though a general regexp matcher would be cooler). I could write one fairly simply as a dynamic page served locally, but 0.) I'm lazy, and 1.) I'd rather use an application. Thanks, and apologies to anyone whom this bored.
Burger girl is Hanburger Lady's daughter. Don't ask about the Hamburgalur and his unsubstantiated involvement.
