@B23: How's the weather where you're at?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:27am
braveness23:

@P-90 It's Grey. Very grey. I was expecting it to be cold and crunchy this morning but in fact it was rather balmy and wet. Not an unpleasant surprise aside from the pure greyness of everything.

Hi Tim! Is that Champaign as in Champaign-Urbana? What's the weather like there this morning? On an earlier board we we talking about how it's been in the teens and twenties in the Midwest all week, and that's the weather we'll be getting this week in the East...

P-90, you are correct on all accounts. Over the weekend, it was chilly, down in the teens and 20s with a little bit of snow. I guess north of us it was pretty gnarly yesterday. A friend was driving from Milwaukee to Michigan. The ordinarily 4 hour trip took 9 hours.

What happened to Pop. 1280? They sound different. New vocalist?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:27am

Man, I never got to see Braniac. They won my heart when a friend reported to me after seeing them that Braniac played Suicide through the PA before their set and it bummed out all the punkers and indie rock weenies.

I googled it a bit. Seems Pop. 1280 added some new members but has the same vocalist. It's just a lot screamier than before. Before it was more growly than screamy. I think.

Great set to finish off, Lou, thank you so mush for your wonderful show
