As for 1st issue of Bomp...perhaps true if you are a stickler for that meaning the exact same title, but earlier issues of WHO PUT THE BOMP had the same format and content (and earlier yet, mimeographed copies have a rougher format).

Mr. Ford's "Sixteen Tons" was one of my earliest memories of a fave song. That and "Brother, Can You Spare a Dime." Strange faves for a child I guess.
