When I do mixtapes, I usually make a point A and a point B, and try to figure out how to get from aforementioned points w/o notice. Sort of like a non-dancefloor friendly dj seet.

I once was quite good in compiling tape manually using the pause-button in one run, even with brief clean breaks. Somehow that abilty got lost with the digital gear.
