A viking ship appears on the horizon, a likeness of Alice Coltrane carved into its bow. Rare birds flock together to sing Francoise Hardy as soul hits. A sunset of blips and bleeps fills the air.

you know, eno just needs to be heard more. He's talked about too much without musical reference in the music and mainstream press.

I knew a girl who was going out with Eno, and told us they were married, but not to tell anyone because it was a secret. Turned out not to be true.

Trouble, here's a great read: "Brief Encounters with Che Guevara" by Ben Fountain. It's a collection of short stories, the best being "Near-Extinct Birds of the Central Cordillera". Here's a GoodReads synopsis:www.goodreads.com...

@sugarwold They;re good, and have been made into a fun, if occasionally baffling, TV series, in which the lead characters waistline expands as time goes on. There a new version, called Young Montalbano too, which is worth catching as well.
