Johnathan. I read an article recently where a customer called customer service and was answered by a female. The customer grew suspicious that the voice was real so he asked the two questions (above). She was programmed to lie. First she said she didn't understand the question, then she said that there was a bad connection on the phone. Hey congrats on the background gig! Your're getting more work these days I see!
