This reminds me of a story a friend told me:

She left her shared house to run some errands.

While she was out, many of them had decided to have sex in some sort of big mutual pile.

When she got back home, as soon as she walked in she caught a whiff of some definite scent.

She says she said something like, "Hey, what's been going on here? It smells like fucking..."

...and then she just stopped talking, because she suddenly realized that her partial sentence was actually a complete sentence, and was all she needed to say.

I think I'd just be skeeved out that a situation like this story would all seem so... unsanitary.

Whether or not it's actually, rationally more so than sex with a succession of one-at-a-time partners... I think it'd just feel that way.
