	3:34pm Caryn: @mariano: well, it was a gig for miners and their families (I think near X-mas, but I could be recalling this wrong). The Pistols have always spoken fondly of the gig, and talked about it as their best. As far as I know, nothing hugely unusual happened. There's plenty of footage of it in one of the Julian Temple docs about them. When in Huddersfield, I lived about a block away from James Mason Close, named such because that's where he was born. Nice Victorian houses.

The Pistols have always spoken fondly of the gig, and talked about it as their best. As far as I know, nothing hugely unusual happened. There's plenty of footage of it in one of the Julian Temple docs about them. When in Huddersfield, I lived about a block away from James Mason Close, named such because that's where he was born. Nice Victorian houses.
