A viking ship appears on the horizon, a likeness of Alice Coltrane carved into its bow. Rare birds flock together to sing Francoise Hardy as soul hits. A sunset of blips and bleeps fills the air.

Also, I still have questions about baking with coconut oil. The same cookies Trouble makes she uses coconut oil but doesn't have to refrigerate. I use butter and have to chill for a long time.

Why? Is coconut oil semi colid, or does it spread less?

I've only made cookies with coconut oil once or twice, but I prefer it kept in mild enough temps to be mostly solid (maybe 50s-60s F?), but not chilled, which I'm guessing might make it too concrete-like to wrangle.
