Folks living in their cars detracts from the quality of life of the residents of Silicon Valley (no irony there).
Some municipalities (Denver) made it illegal to sit or stand on the sidewalk, alley, curb (if your homeless). But at the same time is going to give the homeless movie, zoo tickets and bus rides to disapear them during the Demo convention.
