Morning Bob and all. Digging all these soundtrack tunes.
  9:19am joechrismorris:

Odd. I just heard this song last night while watching the 1st part of the Darjeeling Limited (the sort film with Natalie Portman). Good song. Sounds easy to play on guitar, actually..
  9:20am marmalade kitty:

I was listening to it yesterday :) nice!
  9:21am Jack:

I used to love when Rix would fill-in for someone. He'd play great classical music.
  9:24am joechrismorris:

Not sure about this film Bob. Sweet Smell of Success never grabbed me
  9:25am joechrismorris:

the late Arthur Lee (of Love) played with Chico on one of his last recordings (Whats your story morning glory)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:26am TR In MI:

Sweet Smell of Success has some of the best dialogue ever.
  9:27am joechrismorris:

quoted in the film Diner, oddly. One of the characters quotes a whole scene from it!
  9:30am marmalade kitty:

cyborgs, darleks.. aaaggh!
  9:33am Scott:

Viva Rix. An original voice amongst original voices.
  9:34am Gord:

Here's to Rix. Thanks for doing this, Bob.
  9:37am JoeChrisMorris:

Tony Curtis is an unpleasant guy in the film!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:53am fred:

I was surprised to see that Rix hadn't done a fill-in for so long. I remember the few shows I heard so well, and his voice too, that I though it wasn't that long. He'll sure be missed

  10:19am William:

Such lavish production on The French Girl as compared to Dylan's basement take.
Avatar 10:20am thunderish' Jay:

Avatar 10:21am thunderish' Jay:

"Don't Blow Your Cool" -- some useful life advice.
  10:57am Scott:

Sazerac is super-sweet, a little cough-syrupy. I've tried them a couple of times in New Orleans, but couldn't finish.
