jeff-m:

this Peer Raben sounds like such an intro to some British mystery series.

pretty stuff just the same

Hallo, Fleep, George, p-90, & Doca, you lucky sonofagun!
  8:19pm
Lonely Planet Boy:

I'm in NYC for Record Fair. Fun to listen to WFMU here rather than in Williamsburg, Va.

Hallo, LPB! Great to have ya - hope you found some nuggets!

RR, make sure it comes with that little glow in the dark visor, please...
Avatar 8:35pm
Whooda:

@Lonely Planet Boy I left NY one month ago and am listening from Virginia in the van at the McDonald's wifi. I will take Daniel Blumin and WFU anyway I can get it now (about once a week for an hour or two) Charlottesville, VA has a great station too, when their not playing jazz and classical. 91.1
  8:37pm
Carmichael:

Hey hey Daniel, lovin' the noise and throbbing.
Avatar 8:39pm
Droll:

LTNS Whooda, I was wondering if your van was still on the road. Glad to see you're still out there moochin' wifi.
  Swag For Life Member 8:44pm
12539:

I have entered a foreign film.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:46pm
Daniel Blumin:

Howdee Carm! Whooda, you order anythin'? Droll, greets! Papa 12539, but without the subtitles, right?
  8:46pm
Lonely Planet Boy:

Nuggets and more. Looking forward to next years Fair.
  8:46pm
Carmichael:

Yes, its called Life is Continual Penance.
Avatar 8:47pm
Whooda:

@Droll Moochin; wifi and hoggin' space in the Walmart parking lot tonight for sure. The van is a brute, must buy more (unnecessary) parts tomorrow in my quest to calm this unforgiving dying savage beast.
  Swag For Life Member 8:49pm
12539:

The subtitles appear to be in a different foreign language.
  8:49pm
Lonely Planet Boy:

Hi Whooda. Charlottesville is great. Are u studying @ UVA? My niece graduated from there last year. Nice CD store near downtown.
  8:49pm
Carmichael:

Whooda, where are going??
  8:50pm
Carmichael:

<you>
Avatar 8:50pm
Whooda:

@Daniel Against my better judgement I will buy a burger from the dollar menu just for show: saute'd onion cheddar burger. LOVING the show! I was reduced to begging a filling station for a bucket of free water (no gas purchase because my tank was full) to flush my radiator with this afternoon.
Avatar 8:52pm
Droll:

Whooda, Unnecessary decorating the brute van? Truck nuts?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:53pm
Daniel Blumin:

Thanks, Whooda!
Avatar 8:54pm
Whooda:

@Carmichael I was headed south but am turning around back NORTH because it's already too hot in Virginee (except for the Shenandoah Nat'l Park) I will pass back through NY and further north until the fall. If I stay in the south I will roast like a pig in this metal and fiberglass box of a van
Avatar 8:55pm
Whooda:

@Droll I already have a set of blue nuts that I may just as well hang from the trailer hitch because they ain't gettin' no action anyhow. :(
  8:57pm
Carmichael:

@droll: my last album was called Truck Nuts. That was a joke.

@Whooda: do you have a final destination?
Avatar 9:00pm
ADM:

GREWAT
Avatar 9:00pm
ADM:

i mean great AAPLY THESEE CHNAGES
  9:01pm
Carmichael:

Daniel, this is killin' it, thematically!
Avatar 9:04pm
Whooda:

@Carmichael I'm thinking that a small affordable apartment in a small affordable town is my destination. Just posted a pic of Snowball on my profile.
Avatar 9:06pm
fleep:

@Whooda Perhaps there will be breeding grounds nearby, solving your other problem.
Avatar 9:07pm
Whooda:

Alice was a good housekeeper and cook considering she never lifted a feather duster or sauce pan in the whole series.
Avatar 9:08pm
Whooda:

Fleep, they seem to lock up the sheep pretty tight at night here in the South. Maybe they heard I was coming.
  9:10pm
Carmichael:

Whooda, you want the midwest: Iowa/Kansas/Nebraska. Low cost of living, decent work opps, lots of sheep.
Avatar 9:11pm
Droll:

What happened to Denver? Summer is great up there.

She's a real beaut'. Nice big conversion top -- plenty of surface area for paint. Why are you cleaning your carb with a Q-tip?
Avatar 9:17pm
Whooda:

@Droll I had to drill a hole in the throttle body (at the Air Idle Control Motor) so that it would start properly. She is a wiley rascal in all her feminine problems.
@Carmichael My original destination was Dever to experience buying legal weed, plus my kin folk are in Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma so I know your're just trying to play a cruel joke on me.
Avatar 9:20pm
Whooda:

@Droll I need to get back to NY to pick up some spare van electronic motor parts that I stupidly didn't bring along and I need to sell some stuff from my storage space there to realize I don't live anyway any longer.
  9:23pm
P-90:

@ Whooda: So the rumor that you had been taken into custody in Yellowstone Park for swiping snacks from unsuspecting picnickers is false? That's a relief. but you"ve only gotten as far west of New york as Virginia?
  9:26pm
Carmichael:

@whooda kerouac: Ha! Those are obvious low cost, low rent, low partying places. Go west, young man.
  9:27pm
Carmichael:

@P-90: you're thinking of Boo Boo.
Avatar 9:28pm
Whooda:

@P-90 Umm, I'm not exactly smarter than the average bear. Plus I only get about 12 MPG so I don't wander far from the pikinic baskets. I did pass the Yogi Bear water amusement park on the way to Shenandoah, I guess they bought the rights from Hanna Barrbera who whoever. I did walk up on three black bear in the SNP last week during hikes. Lucky for me I smell too bad to eat.
  9:33pm
Carmichael:

Awesome Trisomi, Daniel. That was just the intro??
Avatar 9:34pm
Whooda:

You do seem to always top yourself Mr. Blumin. Kudos.
  9:36pm
P-90:

!@ MPG!!!? Yikes!!
--got confused there, that WAS the plot of a cartoon, my boo-boo.
So uou're you looking for a place where you can find some work and stay a little while? Also some sheep I hear?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:37pm
George of Troy:

Superb set, Daniel!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:38pm
Daniel Blumin:

Carm, that was the title of a prev. unreleased track! Thanks a lot, Whooda! And George!
Avatar 9:40pm
Whooda:

@P-90 Build hiking paths not jobs. Also some sleep I sheer.
Avatar 9:43pm

@P-90 I am an certified basket case. I had to give up trying to fit in. Another square peg in a roung world another weak mortar joint in the Wall.

Avatar 9:47pm
Whooda:

Thanks for the show and the company Daniel and friends.
  9:48pm
P-90:

You were chillin in the attic of a nice old house in upstate New York. How hard is it to fit in there? So you want be a modern professional "trailblazer' of sorts?
Remember, this country also needs a kind of "Johnny Hempseed' figure. Maybe you could combine that too. You could get an interview on Larry King, maybe even some paid speaking engagements
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:50pm
Daniel Blumin:

All the best to ye, Whooda!
Avatar 9:51pm
Whooda:

P-90 my problems of fitting in are of my own making. It's me, not my environment. I don't like people.
  9:52pm
Carmichael:

Now we're talking. Moody French classical minimalist surf.
  9:53pm
P-90:

I know what you mean. as my Mom always says: "people suck.'
(she really says that.)
Avatar 9:53pm
Whooda:

@P-90 No Shit!?! That Johnny Hempseed idea occured to me too! But damned, I can't even score a joint without getting ripped-off so there is zero chance I'll come upon a bag of seeds/
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:54pm
