Had the good fortune of seeing Portishead back in '95, great show. It was at a venue where everyone sat at cocktail tables with little lamps, perfect setting.

Hi Irene, did you just mention a Genesis cover band? Was it the Musical Box, by any chance?
  Swag For Life Member 2:34pm

I believe this is the only record in the history of music which received "Enossification." I wish I were Enossified.
  2:36pm
Cee Dubbles:

So bummed I missed the Rock Shop show Friday night. Ironed instead but played this & Selling England
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:41pm
Irene Trudel:

Neil, the album was staged by co-worker/friends of mine. They were led by Jay Cowit, who drums for Wounded Buffalo Theory www.woundedbuffalotheory.com... Rob Christiansen, who was a member of Grenadine and Eggs robchristiansen.com Great fun overall!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:42pm
Irene Trudel:

Cee, I know they all filmed it. I'll bet they'll try to stage it again at another venue.
  2:42pm
Santos L Halper:

12359: just listen to it a few times in a row, you'll be suitably Enossified.

Those who dig it, the deluxe version is worth checking out. You can watch the original slide show and the surviving video from the 74 tour along with a live recording.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:46pm
Irene Trudel:

Wow, Santos, I didn't know that existed. I have a CD reissue of The Lamb but it certainly doesn't include that. And, of course, it's lost somewhere amid the stacks of unfiled CDs in my apartment. Thank goodness I still have my crackly vinyl.
Avatar 2:56pm
Van in DC:

What a great closing set! Thanks for the show today Irene. Sure was special for me. Have a good few weeks away
