Another is when Ari Up crashed my show mid-program; I just happen to have the Slits' version of "Grapevine" with me, which I played, of course! A third is when, back at the old Upsala house, David S. Ware pushed my car out of the snow.

	5:21pm kat330: @Ike: Kari is a bit of an amateur gourmet chef, so I think he makes whatever he prepares taste quite good. He made a very nice grilling marinade for us, for e.g., and a ice cream treat that included pistachios and drambuie.

	5:24pm kat330: @Ike: Philo suggests I didn't answer your question well. He seemed to have no complaints. I made roast turkey breast and chicken tagine he raved about, and he seemed very pleased with the pizza place we took him and even a roadside diner (which was a surprise treat for us as well).
