Tonights show takes you from rhythm & blues, to garage and on to psych. The whole spectrum of the 60's - we love it all!

Engineering by Elsie the Cow, who happened to be in the barn at the time.

Ah, much better, that slight echo effect.

The difference is about 40 years of understanding technology (and probably the difference between recording a live band in a radio station and recording a live band in a professional studio with the engineer playing in his own band...)

Your show is another reason why I love WFMU ! I first heard The Orlons on transistor radio back in 1962. I'd love to hear a 45 from them, if possible.

Digging the sounds. Y'all still emanating from the ATL?

Glynis GirlGroupGirl:

Tom, I didn't bring any Orlons tonight - I'm so sorry! I love them to pieces too! They did some really neato stuff on their LP's. Santos, we are still here in Atlanta!

I'm real good friends with Bob Berberich (the Hangmen's drummer). I will be at his record store (Vinyl Acres in Frederick, MD) this Sunday https://www.facebook.com/BerberichHullandDaughter
