I'm not sure I have a best voice
  4:08am P-90:

Do you do accents, dialects, or impressions?
  4:11am P-90:

Have you ever tried rapping a playlist?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:14am Matt ww:

I've never rapped a playlist but I'd consider it if I could go REAAAAAALLY slow
Avatar 4:20am pierre:

Bonjour Matt, and garbagians !
ça va?
  4:22am Mark:

Really, really, REALLY digging your show today. Wasn't up at 3--did you really play "Echoes" twice, or is that a mistake on the playlist?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:27am Matt ww:

@pierre Hey Pierre! Just hanging in the garbage like usual @mark I wish did... just split it up cause like, that's a cool idea, right??
Avatar 4:36am pierre:

is that you Matt ?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:46am Matt ww:

Why yes it is! Every record you are hearing is being played right on top of my head
  4:57am Torbjørn:

What would be a synonym for album, though ? .. Rekkid ? "Collection of songs known as" ? Long-player ? We could repeat "album" so much that it semantically disappears, that might be fun. Enjoying the show.
Avatar 5:04am the Canterbury wood-elf:

Anyone remember this Don Felder being used on that South Park "cheesing" episode during Kenny's trip into inner space?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:07am Matt ww:

@torbjorn I think from now on i'm just going to call them beep boops. Just sounds cute. @wood-elf I've been cheesed out for this whole show.
Avatar 5:07am pierre:

Matt, if it is, then please watch it, you head.
Avatar 5:08am pierre:

I like what you play
Avatar 5:09am Sem Chumbo:

Good morning, DJ Matt and all. Lovin' it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:12am Matt ww:

Let's hear it for the steel drum! *Applause*
  5:33am P-90:

Splitting up a track like "Echoes" and "framing" a few other, shorter songs with it is exactly the kind of thing I'd try myself if I was DJ-ing.
Especially if it was an overnight shift.
  5:34am P-90:

And yeah, who amongst us does not have a soft spot for steel drums?
Avatar 5:36am pierre:

which classic 70's rock band, is the best ?
Avatar 5:36am DeaconDave:

Led Zeppelin
  5:37am P-90:

Why The NUGE of course!!!!
  5:42am P-90:

OK, if one just HAS to go Brit, it's in the
Zeppelin/Floyd/Yes/Tull zone.
Avatar 5:46am Sem Chumbo:

@pierre: you've lifted the lid on Pandora's rock box. Let the debate begin:-D
Avatar 5:47am Sem Chumbo:

Avatar 5:51am the Canterbury wood-elf:

Who decides what's "classic"?
  5:51am P-90:

Probably Queen too, but they came so close to the end of the decade, they're almost contemporaries with Police, Talking Heads, Ramones, Blondie, etc., bands that were around in the 70's but are really "eighties" bands, and may or may not fit the "classic rock" genre definition you're using.
Avatar 5:54am DeaconDave:

All right then Spirit is my American pick.
Avatar 5:56am Lonious Monk:

HELLO WFMU - salut pierrot!
  5:57am Mark:

You can say "piss." It's 5:55 am. I think you could say it any time you want. Fuck you can't say. I wouldn't say cocksucker, either.
Avatar 5:59am Sem Chumbo:

I've always wanted to rhyme *dump* with *lump*.
Just did not have the confidence.
  6:00am P-90:

Ooops, Bowie deserves a spot on that list too
