You don't have to be a fool to listen to this show, but it sure helps.

Afternoon, Fools!

A couple friends went to X Fest (12 hour exploitation film festival) in Philly a few months ago...they were thrilled that they got to see "the movie with all the quotes from Rex's intro!" (Black Vengeance)

I'm tearing up.
Avatar 1:25pm Joe non Papa:

Hi Rex - Are you going to the BBQ fest this weekend at Madison Square Park
Avatar 1:34pm Mailman Tom:

Today's theme is songs about speech impediments.

  1:35pm P-90:

"Back Vengeance", huh? I'll have to look into that now...
Avatar 1:39pm Mailman Tom:

From riches to rags.
Avatar 1:41pm Joe non Papa:

Thanks Rex. Sage words indeed.

@P-90 It also goes by the title "Poor Pretty Eddie"
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:02pm missmailas:

Don't leave us hanging, Rex! What's all this about you stopping by Montreal?
  2:06pm Lunk Head:

Fine show today Rex! Good afternoon Fools!

  2:25pm Lunk Head:

There are no Wasted Days and Wasted Nights with my buddy Freddie Fender!
  2:25pm ?:

more details on the Montreal show please?
Avatar 2:26pm Mailman Tom:

I never knew their was another version of Dr. Goldfoot besides the Supremes' version. You learn something new everyday !
  2:27pm Lunk Head:

Greatest movie of all time Dr. GF and the Bikini Machine
Avatar 2:28pm Rex:

No show in Montreal! I'll just be there to eat smoked meat!
  2:29pm Lyndhurst VFW:

Rare Breed's a Spazz Favorite. . .
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:31pm Greg from Bloomfield:

Back when I had roommates and video stores were a thing, I wanted to rent Dr. Goldfoot and nobody else did. It was the reason I joined Netflix.
Avatar 2:36pm Mailman Tom:

There was a sequel to Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine. It was Dr. Goldfoot and the Girl Bombs !
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:39pm Greg from Bloomfield:

@Mailman Tom: I used to have a prinout of the poster hanging in my cubicle but I still have never seen it! Maybe that'll be my afternoon...
Avatar 2:39pm Mailman Tom:

It's just as goofy as the first movie!
  2:40pm nickromby:

having trouble locating a song.... something about 'didnt know how much you had'... anybody? about 15 minutes ago. thank you
Avatar 2:41pm Mailman Tom:

Besides the "fright break", William Castle also conducted the "punishment poll".
  2:44pm P-90:

Rex's program frightens me...
...and I LOVE it
Avatar 2:45pm Marc Francis:

Rex: Do you want to do a show?
  2:48pm nickromby:

(got it. thanks.)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:50pm missmailas:

No matter what anyone tells you, don't go to Schwartz's for smoked meat in Montreal! It's gone seriously downhill in recent years. Head across the street to the Main Deli; they're far superior.
  2:54pm P-90:

"Just don't feel like standing on long lines in sweltering heat in Bryant Park for a shred of meat on a skewer..." That sums it up nicely. Why we natives rarely go to these things, unless friends from out of town insist...
  2:56pm Lunk Head:

Can't make up my mind who I love more, Black Pope or John R. . .
  2:58pm Lunk Head:

I'm willing to pay any price if anyone has a John R "Swinging Medallion Chain"
