@jake - (a bit late) yeah.. on the one hand.. twitter in the past would have exposed the awful sociopathic personalities of those that were major iconic figures.. (john lennon, jim morrison, elvis were all notoriously shitty people) but also the ubiquity of social media makes stories get lost fast.. a rapper associated with wu tang cut off his genitals and jumped off a balcony on bathsalts and it was forgotten in a day or two.. people can't keep up.
