Ahhh, mea culpa. A friend of mine played this record for me when I was but a lad in the late 90s, and it properly blew my mind. One of the first "weird" pieces of music I'd heard. Still a striking piece of music.

I've had some high-protein, low-carb pasta made with amaranth flour that was very good, liked it much better than the quinoa flour pastas I've tried. Although good old Italian-style durum semolina is still the gold standard.
