interesting that i hardly ever choose to listen to chanting anymore; when it shows up spontaneously like this i am EVER so pleased ... falling into a deep calm.. i love it!
Avatar 7:11am

Avatar 7:21am

Rob, the archives and the pop-up player have made listening to your show so much easier when i can't listen live..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:26am

Did she really just sing "I'd love to take you in my arms and hoodeedoodeedoo"? That may be the least sexy thing ever.
Billy London:

Feels like I just went to dolphin school and back! Got an a plus on my clicks n pulses!
Billy London:

Sounds kinda like the background music to a scooby doo special
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:31am

yes good call billy
Billy London:

Zoinks! It's the spooky cult leader!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:33am

@Polyus - that line made me crack up at my desk.
Avatar 7:33am

SO glad i tuned in this am... loving the musical selection
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:34am

Speaking of mind control, I saw a dance show yesterday that featured an actor playing the part of a generic African dictator, speechifying about his duty to remain as a guide and father who knows best.
Does political bullshit generate less music than religious one? If so, I wonder why. Maybe it's just not as quirky, just patriotic paternalist anthems
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:41am

there is alot of political bullshit music but its not as interesting as spiritual/religious IMHO
Avatar 7:44am

what he said^. any religious music, under certain circumstances can be inspirational. i think part of it involves our mental state at that given moment. we are all of us prone to finding even the most insipid music very spiritual. it's almost embarrassing, yet telling how easily we can be manipulated...

Not sure what made me do it, but I had to pledge (again) ....had to pledge....had to pledge....really dig this show....had to pledge....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:48am

Ooh, Zendik Farm, now we're talking.
Billy London:

Nice one Will!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:51am

Agree with Micah re: political music, especially here - mostly you get country stars writing odes to GOP candidates.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:52am

Interesting first-person account of life at Zendik Farm, with several more ex-Farmers posting in the comments section: blog.purplearth.net...
Avatar 7:57am

Goat boy starts a band
Billy London:

This song is kinda terrifying
Avatar 8:05am

thanks for the link to that blog Polyus; fascinating. i could say so much about it..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:05am

thanks for pledging will!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:06am

Dancing the Watusi to this version of Sugar Sugar
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:08am
