Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:07pm chris:

and yeah, verily, the rocking did commenceth!
Avatar 12:07pm Claw!:

Underrated, it certainly is.
Avatar 12:09pm Cecile:

Okay, my questions/comments:

* you guys should have d├ętente with Chips and Beer mag because they seem to think you are stuck up or something.

* THANK YOU for the all-Finland issue. It was kind of amazing. And Finns are both unbelievably literate and quite hilarious.

* How come you didn't get the Finns to talk more shit about Sweden? I think that is important anthropological work that needs to happen. Also it would be very funny.

* How come you didn't trash Nightwish more?

* Priest or Maiden?

It's killing me that I can't make it to see Priest in NJ this Sat, but I keep telling myself that seeing them here in Bmore is enough and that I should be happy with that.

Avatar 12:38pm Cecile:

* what kind of music does Albert listen to "chill out"?
Avatar 12:38pm Cecile:

I think I would like it if KJ put out an all-intro, all instrumental record.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:38pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Voivod is touring Europe this month and back to the US in January, 2016. www.voivod.net... Holy Crow, they play Poughkeepsie on Feb 8! That's the next town down from me. Guess I should order some ear medicine now?

Voivod on 2/26 for me. Pretty good undercard, too.
Avatar 12:43pm Chris from DC:

Strange one next week here, Exodus on a relatively tiny stage. Curious to see how that goes.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:48pm Andrew Waterloo:

Caustic Casanova!
Avatar 12:49pm PKNY:

Damn, missed the killer 1st set (including VOOOOIIIIIVVVVOOODDD) due to lunch. Love love love the Windhand record, it's been on constant rotation the past few weeks.

@Ken - I'm lucky enough to have seen Voivod at the Chance twice in little over a year way way back, during the Hatross/Nothingface tours.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:55pm coe:

@Chris Exodus is still one of the thrash originals to this day I have never seen. Steve Souza makes the thought of seeing them very appealing. Nothing against Rob.

Avatar 1:26pm Chris from DC:

  1:26pm Dean:

The late Paul Prudhomme started blackened death metal.
