@ Ike : yeah I guess it's shifting. I wouldn't know really (since I've never read the books). In general I'm quite interested how I feel that the genre is often regarded as less interesting and serious (at least in France) than other literature genre, whereas everyone seem to enjoy GoT. But yeah I'm no specialist.
