Avatar 3:27pm Mailman Tom:

A seasonal favorite.
  3:39pm Cglenn:

Lou Christie lives in my neighborhood nice guy
  3:57pm touched by a krampus:

Bill says "Surfin' Santa" parodies Hollywood Argyles, but I'm always fooled that it's Jan & Dean . . . . Car Talk featured "Santa Drives a Super Stock Dodge" - The Malibooz . . . . Film historian said original "Star Wars" prints are washed out, ruined, due to the unstable chemistry used . . . .
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:03pm Ken From Hyde Park:

For some reason, our elementary school music teacher had us sing this Peter, Paul and Mary song. Thanks for reviving that old memory!
4:13pm I think this is why Mary Travers went on hiatus:
  4:18pm Vivien:

Thank you so much Bill Kelly for always teaching us and playing the world's best music...Merry Christmas!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:47pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Tomorrow is the shortest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. That means only one thing: coming up is Gaylord Field's Soooouuullll-stice show!
  4:59pm IFisher:

Great show, BK! Thanks a tun
  7:22pm Bill Kelly:

"Surfin' Santa" reeks of "Alley Oop" AND a few more of L. A.'s pop cliches.
  7:25am touched by a krampus:

Okay. Except Santa ain't golfing (Hollywood Argyles) - he's SURFIN'. Hear the pervasive clanking?
Schlock Rod - Jan & Dean (7" & 12": Drag City) [Liberty]
  9:53am BK:

Still sounds like it was conceived after a few spins of "Alley Oop". Same vocal delivery, but also reeks of L. A. pop culture, circa early six-tease.
  12:04am Steve Peer:

Loved The Trash Templars and Trisha Mason, and most everything else! Fantastic set!
