	11:31pm Ike: OH! That casts the whole thing in an entirely different light. We classic Doctor Who fans versed in the history of British TV in the 70s know Mary Whitehouse well. She effectively forced out of the best producers of Doctor Who circa 1978, turning the show from largely gothic horror into largely sophomoric comedy-tinged goofiness for a time.
