  2:08pm Hackensack Slim:

Byrd's the Word¡¡¡
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:41pm Mike East:

best version of this I've heard, I think.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:41pm Mike East:

I need to get that Them album.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:42pm Matt F:

The first 2 discs are all stuff that's been issued before but disc 3 is a goldmine!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:44pm Mike East:

oh, I gotta get Toujours Chic too. I was just listeing to the first one (c'est chic) this week.
issued before, but not owned by me. "Them" is one of those groups that I used to search for in every music store I went to and never found anything. That and Firehose. I was going to the wrong stores, I think.
Avatar 2:44pm ndbob:

I hear the Cookies here
  2:45pm Mr C:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:49pm Matt F:

Aw man! Yeah, I got bit by a friend's cat (not a euphemism!) and had to take a couple days off, my arm was all messed up...
Avatar 2:51pm glenn:

a trained attack cat?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:51pm Matt F:

Nah, just antisocial.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:52pm Matt F:

You should see the other guy!
  2:53pm Mr C:

Roy C is a great story unto himself...a complete, self contained original!
Avatar 2:56pm still b/p:

Once accidently let a storm door close on a cat's tail as I reached down for it. It pitched a chompy rippy fit on my hand....like a blurred cartoon cloud of super-rapid violence on it. Plenty of punctures and some swelling, but no crazy infection or fever.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:58pm Uncle Michael:

I'm picking up on what you're putting own today, Matt.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:58pm Matt F:

yeah, i dodged the infection bullet. felt like i was gonna pass out for a few minutes post-bite. Tanx UM!
Avatar 3:01pm glenn:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:21pm drr:

I'm here, sorry I'm late, looks like I didn't miss anything but some oldies.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:23pm drr:

I was trying to describe Roy C to someone, and I couldn't, so I turned on WODT (much-missed "grown folks" AM blues station in New Orleans, and "Infidelity, Georgia" came on.
  3:30pm Lore:

Always appreciate when you bust out the rembetika!
