Hawkwind! We had Pink Fairies earlier. Yeah, early British psych-rock joy.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:15am
fred:

re: Vocaloid, I was told that some improvements they made to the technology were nixed because by now some glitches have become part of the voices' identity. Sounds like a convenient cop-out, but it's just dumb enough to be true
  8:17am
Kev:

a little sic today...good
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:26am
Nate K.:

@Fred, it's an odd phenomenon for sure. I could see the glitches being embraced, though, especially by someone like Narita.

Good morning from the milking parlor, loving the jams.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:32am

Take it with a generous helping of salt though: I often get asked at work to take listening tests with instructions to "ignore synthesis artifacts", and what those are is only obvious to other researchers

Good Morning Nate! Saw Yo La Tengo last night in Jersey City, thanks again for the tickets!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:51am

Hey @Howard, that's great. Glad I could help!

Yesterday was a great day: I saw Konono n°1, Quitron & Miss Pussycat, Circle and Api Uiz. I thought it could be the best day of the Sonic Protest festival, and it didn't disappoint (unlike Martin Rev the day before)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:58am
Sem Chumbo:

Thanks for the Sunday morning soundtrack, Nate. Great spins, makes me warm all over.
